Because our products are fresh and perishable, cancellations and refunds are time-sensitive and reviewed based on order status and product condition.
Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order.
Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.
